About the Specialist Clinic for Learning Disorders
The Specialist Clinic for Learning Disorders (SCLD) is a place where students who are experiencing significant difficulties learning at school can come for help. It is a place where families, teachers and healthcare providers can refer students who continue to experience difficulties learning and using academic skills despite the provision of good teaching and interventions targeting those difficulties.
To provide all students, including those who are most vulnerable, who experience significant learning difficulties, the opportunity to succeed at school by assisting families and educators to deliver evidence-based interventions and support.
